Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 1/2 cups water or chicken broth or clam juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Uncle Ben's rice

Step 1
Put butter in saucepan over medium heat and melt. Add the rice and saute for about 10 minutes until browned. Pour in the liquid, salt, and pepper; mix well. Cover and simmer until all the liquid is absorbed by the rice.
