- 1 (15 oz) can of organic chickpeas (organic garbanzo beans)) drained
- 4 tablespoons organic lemon, juice
- 1/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon. ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon organic cayenne pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
