Cheese Sauce or Rarebit

Ingredients

• 1-1 lb package Muller's Spaghetti
• 3 Tbsps butter
• 3 Tbsps flour
• 1/2 tsp.salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp. paprika
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 lb. American cheese,grated

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter,blend in flour and seasoning,add milk and cook,stirring constantly until thick and smooth.Add cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.Serve over cooked spaghetti with garnish of paprika.
