Ingredients
- 5 T Soy Sauce
- 4 t Sesame Oil (Toasted)
- 2 t Honey
- 1 1/4 # Chicken, cut into nuggets
- 6 t Canola Oil
- 1 T Grated Ginger
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1 1/4 C Chicken Broth
- 3 T Sugar
- 3-4 t Cornstarch
- 1 T Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 t Chili Paste
- 2 T Toasted Sesame Seed

Step 1
1. Whisk 3 T of Soy Sauce, 2 t of Sesame Oil, and the Honey in a bowl. Add Chicken, marinate 20 min.
2.Remove Chicken and discard marinade. Heat 2 teaspoon of Canola Oil in non-stick, med-high heat. Cook Chicken in 2 batches, turning till completely brown. (Add 2 more t of Canola Oil during batches) Transfer Chicken to plate and wipe out skillet.
3. Heat last 2 t Canola Oil in skillet, add Ginger and Garlic, cook stirring 1 min. Whisk the Broth, Sugar, Cornstarch, Vinegar, Chili Paste and remaining 2 T Soy Sauce in bowl. Add to skillet and cook until thickened. Add remaining 2 t Sesame Oil.
4. Suggested you serve with steamed Snow Peas over Brown Rice.
