Ingredients
- 4 MED. POTATOES
- 1/2 lge ONION
- 5-6 STALKS CELERY
- PARSLEY
- ROSEMARY
- THYME
- OREGENO
- 3/4 -1 FLOUR
- 6 BOTTLES CLAM JUICE
- 4 CANS CHOPPED (not minced)CLAMS
- BUTTER
- 1 PINT 1/2 & 1/2 CREAM

Preparation
Step 1
BOIL 4 MED. POTATOES
CHOP AND SAUTE TOGETHER IN BUTTER ONION AND CELERY
ADD; PINCH OF ROSEMARY, THYME, OREGENO AND PARSLEY
ADD; 3/4 TO 1 CUP FLOUR AND THROUGHLY COAT AND THICKEN THE ABOVE
ADD; 6 BOTTLES OF CLAM JUICE AND 4 CANS OF CHOPPED (NOT MINCED)CLAMS
CUT; POTATOES INTO BITE SIZE PIECES AND ADD TO ABOVE
ADD; JUST BEFORE SERVING, 1 PINT 1/2 AND 1/2 CREAM TILL PROPER CONSISTENCY IS ACHIEVED
NOTE; IF TO THIN MAKE A PASTE OF WATER AND FLOUR AND ADD TO CHOWDER.
