Ingredients
- Russet potatoes 3 units
- Extra-virgin olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp
- Dried rosemary 1/8 tsp
- Dried oregano 1/4 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
- Old bay seasoning 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese 2 tbsps

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
2Scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into ½-inch wedges.
3In a small-sized mixing bowl, combine spice and parmesan and then pour mixture into a gallon-size sealable Ziploc bag. Add olive oil and potato wedges to bag, seal, and shake to coat.
4Using tongs, arrange fries in a single layer on baking sheet. Place in oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until fries turn a light golden brown. Remove from oven and serve hot.
