Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed Feta cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salad herbs
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Delicious on all salads. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. This will keep for weeks in a refrigerator. Makes one quart.
Variations:
If a crushed dressing is desired, mash the cheese with a fork, combine all ingredients in a jar, seal the jar, shake well, and chill. For a quick dressing, combine 1 cup crushed Feta with 1 cup bottled herb salad dressing, place in a bottle, shake well, and chill.
