Ingredients
- 2 Beef Flank Steaks (1# each)
- 1/3 c balsamic vinegar
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 1 tsp rosemary, dried
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1/2 c reduced sodium beef broth
- 2 tsp cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
1. Make diamond pattern cuts on each side and place in a shallow dish
2. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, brown sugar, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour evenly, cover and refridgerate for 4- 24 hours.
3. Grill/ broil for about 12 minutes
4. Heat reserved marinade to boil over med- high for 3 - 4 minutes
5. Mix broth and cornstarch, stir broth into marinage and cook about 2 minutes, until thick
