Ingredients

  • 3 cups potatoes cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 cup celery cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 cup carrots cut in small pieces
  • 1/4 cup onions cut in small pieces
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 cup water
  • Combine all in saucepan. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes or until veggies tender.
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 2 Tabl. Flour
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup cubed cooked ham
  • Gradually add milk to flour, stirring until well blended. Then add milk mixture to veggies. Cook until thickened. Add ham and velveeta. Stir until melted.
