Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 T. minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/4 lb. flank steak, fat trimmed

Step 1
Combine soy sauce, worcestershire, lemon juice, cilantro, ginger and flank steak in a ziploc. Marinate, turning occasionally, for 1 hour at room temp or refrigerate overnight.
Prepare grill or broiler. Grill or broil flank steak for 5 minutes per side for rare or longer to achieve desired doneness. Transfer to a serving platter. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Drain marinade into a saucepan and boil for 3 minutes. Thinly slice steak across the grain Serve warm with sauce.
