Ingredients
- 1/2 cup jarred chopped pimentos, patted dry
- 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 pound Cabot Extra Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (4 cups)
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Process pimentos, mayonnaise, garlic, Worcestershire, and hot sauce in food processor until smooth, about 20 seconds. Add cheddar and pulse until uniformly blended, with fine bits of cheese throughout, 20 to 25 pulses. Season with salt and pepper, and any extra hot sauce you may want.
Transfer cheese spread to bowl , cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Let cheese spread sit at room temperature to soften, about 15 minutes, before serving.
