Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup sucralose sugar blend
  • 1/3 cup sucralose brown sugar blend
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2/3 cups (8oz) Hershey's sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (if desired)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter, granulated sugar blend, brown sugar blend and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, beat well. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating well. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 7-9 minutes or until edges are light brown. cool slightly, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool completely. About 4-1/2 dozen.
