Chop Suey Cake

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. soda (baking)
• 1 large can crushed pineapple (not drained)
• 1 cup walnuts
• 1 (8oz) cream cheese
• 1 stick butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:

Put all ingredients into mixing bowl; mix. Grease pan, 9 x 13, with Pam. Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.

Icing:

Mix and spread over cake
