- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg white, whipped
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 14 oz package flaked coconut

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Line baking sheets with foil, grease and flour the foil. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg white, vanilla extract, almond extract, and coconut. Mix well. Drop by rounded teaspons onto baking sheets. Slightly flatten each mound with the back of a spoon.
Bake 15-17 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. *Immediately* remove from baking sheets and transfer to cooling racks. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
