Preparation

Note:
This recipe makes a nice hearty bread that is much healthier than most. I opted to use 4 tbsp of sugar and skip the splenda, and I also left out the butter on the top. Instead, I sprinkled the with sesame seeds. It was great warm shortly after coming out of the oven, and also was great the next day smeared with fig preserves. This one is a winner. BTW, I used a Bud Light beer and the beer flavor was barely noticeable (which is what I wanted).
