Ingredients

  • 6 oz. baked tortilla chips
  • 2 c. cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 1 c. Mexican cheese blend
  • 4 scallions (trimmed and thinly sliced)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom and sides of 9x13 pan with tortilla chips. Scatter chicken and beans over chips. Spoon salsa over the beans and top with cheese and scallions.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
