Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs large shrimp (in shells)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • tobasco sauce
  • worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Place unpeeled shrimp in large ovenproof dish. Dredge heavily with olive oil. Season heavily with salt and pepper. Then sprinkle heavily with tobasco sauce and worcestershire sauce. Put pats of butter on top and sprinkle with paprika. Put under broiler for 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp are pink - stir during cooking time to cook evenly. (because shrimp are cooked in their shells they will not be as spicey as you might think)
Serve with small bread chunks to dip in sauce.
