Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Remove the center ribs and stems from the kale. Tear leaves into 3-4 inch pieces. Toss with olive oil, paprika and salt. Spread on 2 baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F until browned around the edges and crisp, 12-15 mins.
