Cake Mix Pancakes or Waffles

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c bisquick baking mix
• 1 c yellow cake mix
• 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 large eggs
• 1-2 c milk

Mix dry ingredients together; add eggs, vanilla and 1 cup of the milk and stir to blend- add more milk to make of pancake batter consistency. Spray griddle or waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour 1/3 of batter per pancake or waffle. Cook until edges become dry and lightly browned pancake turning only once.

Note: The kids are going to love these, great with chocolate cake mix, or spice or cherry or lemon, you see where I'm going with this- your going to love these! So easy!
