Fruit Delight Cake

Ingredients

• Fruit Topping:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
• 3 cups flour
• 4 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup milk
• 4 cups rhubarb
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1- 3 oz. pkg strawberry jello
• Topping:
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter and sugar until well mixed. Add egg's one at a time until well blended. In a seperate bowl mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients into butter/egg mixture along with alternating the milk. When well blended add vanilla and almond flavoring.

Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

Make Fruit topping: Mix together rhubarb, sugar and strawberry jello
