Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast
- Black Pepper
- Italian Seasoning
- 2 Flatbreads / Pocket-less Pita / Individual Pizza Crust
- 4 Tablespoons Bar-B-Que Sauce
- 1 Roma Tomato, Chopped
- 2 oz. Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Green Onion, Chopped
- 2 Banana Peppers, Chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Sliced Green Olives

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Season Chicken to taste with Black Pepper and Italian Seasoning.
3. Roast Chicken at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool.
4. Place 2 "pizza crusts" onto baking sheet. Cover each with 2 tbsp. Bar-B-Que sauce.
5. Dice Chicken and place 1/2 breast on each "pizza crust".
6. Top each "pizza crust" with 1/2 diced Roma Tomato, 1 oz. Shredded Cheese, 1/2 Green Onion, 1 Banana Pepper and 1 Tbsp. Sliced Black Olives.
7. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
