- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp Asian chili-garlic sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Step 1
*Whisk* together fish sauce, chili-garlic sauce, olive oil, pepper and sesame oil in a bowl. *Stir* in Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. At this point, you can put it in a ziplock bag in the fridge for two or three days until you're ready to cook it.
*Preheat* oven to 425. *Place* Brussels sprouts in a parchment-lined pan. *Bake* 30 minutes or until tender and browned
