Ingredients
- 1 lb Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- spinach
- Parsley
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Lasagna noodles (boiled just till pliable)
- Pasta Sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together Ricotta cheese, egg, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. You can also add chopped spinach if you want. Spread mixture on noodles, and roll up. In large temp-tations baker, put down a layer of sauce. Place the rolled noodles seam side down, top with sauce, sprinkle with additional Mozzarella and Parmesan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or so until hot and bubbly. The filled noodles freeze well in a sealed ziplock bag.
