Ingredients
- 2 (1 oz) tomato soup mix (cup a soup
- 2 (3/4 oz) envelopes Italian dressing
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. dried chervil
- 1 tsp. season salt
- 1 tsp. instant chicken boullion powder
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. Bisquick pancake mix
- Enought buttermilk to soak chicken in
- 1 whole chicken

Step 1
Soak chickien pieces in buttermilk for 1 hour in the fridge.
Blend all of the other ingredients in a blender.
Remove chicken from buttermilk and roll in coating.
Let chicken stand at room temp while the oven or the oil heats up.
Can be fried in a skillet.
Brown chicken on high. Then turn the heat down and cover. Cook for 30 minute. During the last 5 - 10 minutes, uncover and tun up heat. This will crisp fried the chicken. BE CAREFUL - DO NOT BURN!!
