- 1 Can Artichoke bottoms, quartered.
- Chicken broth
- Lemon juice
- Capers
- Butter

Step 1
Reduce chicken broth and then add artichoke bottoms. Saute for 5 mins. Add lemon juice, capers, and butter ("finishes" the liquid to make the sauce) ....cook uncovered until the right consistency of the sauce is reached and serve over hot pasta....
Takes about 2 bottoms per person with pasta or 3 to 4 if you are making this as a side dish instead of as a pasta topping
