- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water

Preparation
Step 1
1.Spray crock of a large slow cooker with cooking spray.
2.In a medium bowl, whisk sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder & salt. In a separate small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil & vanilla until well combined. Whisk in boiling water. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix well.
3.Pour cake batter into prepared slow cooker.
4.Set slow cooker to "Low". Cook until cake has no wet spots on top and has pulled away from sides of crock, about 3 hours. Turn off slow cooker and allow cake to rest for 30 minutes before serving.
