  • 10 mint sprigs
  • 10 basil sprigs
  • 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 lime, quartered

Step 1

Strip leaves from herb sprigs and discard stems. Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Spin dry and arrange herbs, lettuce, bean sprouts, and lime quarters on a serving platter. Add a serving of salad to each steaming bowl of soup.
