Beef Stew (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lbs. beef, cubed
- 2 onions or 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves mince garlic
- 5 to 6 carrots, sliced or use baby carrots
- 6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup celery, cut in pieces
- 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons beef bouillon powder or onion soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
At the end of the cooking time, if yo wish to thicken, I use some of the liquid with Wondra and then add to the cooker and stir.
NOTE: This recipe is very adaptable. You can reduce or increase the amount of vegetables as you wish. You can also add canned mushrooms and/or green beans.
