Ingredients

  • 1 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 9 1/2 oz chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, broth, and raw chicken chunks in slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours. On individual plates layer all ingredients. Stack rice, noodles, chicken, and gravy. Add tomatoes, celery, green pepper, and onion. Top with pineapple and cheese and more chicken gravy. Top with almonds.


My family really like this also. It was easy to make and fun to eat.

I love this dish, I would make it once a week if I could!

I liked it okay, I probably won't make it more than once every several months.

I ate it, but I won't make it again.
