Franks and Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans (16 oz) Pork and Beans
  • 1 pkg (12 oz) Hotdogs, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Prepared Mustard
  • 1 pkg (8 1/2 oz) cornbread mix
  • 1 Cup (4 oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the pork and beans, hot dogs, brown sugar, Worcestershire Sauce and mustard. Mix well. Transfer to a greased 9 inch square baking pan.

Prepare cornbread batter according to package directions, stir in cheese. Drop by spoonful onto bean mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes until heated through.
