- 250 ml rice 1 cup
- 3 carrots, shredded 3
- 500 ml cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cup
- 2 eggs, beaten 2
- 1 ml pepper 1/4 tsp
- 250 ml milk 1 cup
- 1 ml salt 1/4 tsp

Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions; add carrots, 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) cheese, eggs, pepper, milk and salt. Place in casserole dish; sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 30 minutes.
