Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. miniature chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
BEAT sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and butter together for 3-4 minutes (start on low speed of electric mixer, then increase to medium speed).
ADD bananas. Beat on medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
ADD eggs, one at a time; mix until smooth.
ADD sour cream; mix well.
COMBINE all-purpose flour, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Add to wet ingredients; mix until smooth.
STIR IN chocolate chips.
Fill greased mini loaf pans 3/4 full of batter (makes 3-4 loaves-I use 5x3-inch pans and get 4 loaves).
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until top is firm to the touch. Let cool in pans.
