Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 2 bunches green onions, or to taste
  • 2 C. Cheddar Cheese
  • 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 10 oz. can Rotel

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soups with Rotel. Place cooked chicken in casserole and top with onions. Place a layer of cheese over chicken and onions. Pour soup mixture over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. The last five minutes, place another layer of cheese and fried onion rings (optional).

Serve over rice.
