Ingredients
- 20 cups zuchinni abt 3 large
- 8 cups onion
- 8 cups green and/or red peppers
- 10 T salt
- 4 1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 12 cups sugar
- 2 T nutmeg
- 2 T tumeric
- 4 T cornstarch
- 4 T celery seed
- 1 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
grind zuch, peppers and onions coarse blade
add salt, let stand overnight
drain, rinse in cold water, drain again
add remaining ingred.
cook 30 min. watch and stir often
use water bath canning
process 20 min
I use pint jars
