Mussels

This was one of my grandmother's specialty recipes

Ingredients

  • mussels
  • butter
  • oil
  • 4 cloves mashed garlic
  • oil
  • white wine
  • mussel juice
  • parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Cook mussels and leave in shells. In a pan, melt butter and add some oil. Add garlic and saute quickly. Add white wine and allow it to evaporate a little. Then add mussel juice and parsley and pour mixture over mussels.
