Sweet and Sour Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1-15 oz can tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1 tsp mustard
• 2 # ground beef
• 1 Tbs salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup minced onion
• 1/2 cup fine soft bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard. Set aside.

Mix remaining ingredients with 1 cup of the sauce mixture. Pack into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour 1/4 cup sauce over top and heat remaining sauce to serve with the meat loaf.

Bake 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours.
