  • 1 egg white
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla



Step 1

Beat the egg white until stiff. Add sugar and salt while beating. Fold in nuts and vanilla. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
