Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- olive oil spray
- 1 c. water
- 1 tblsp. sriracha sauce
- 1/2 C. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. light soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey (4 tsp. agave nectar)
- 1 pack splenda
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. ginger
- toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Spray pan
Brown chicken 3-4 min both sides.
Add water, soy, agave,garlic,ginger, hot sauce.
Cook on high until liquid boils.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered for 20 minutes.
Remove cover and simmer and reduce for 8-10 minutes.
Until it becomes a thick glaze.
