Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup almond meats

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Add sugar gradually.
Add lemon juice.
Roll in almond meats.
Line a cookie sheet with brown paper.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto this paper and place in 350F oven.
Remove when slightly brown.
Makes one dozen.
