Ingredients

  • 2

    tbsp Poppy Seeds

  • 1

    cup Hot Water

  • 1

    pkg (18¼ oz) Yellow Cake Mix

  • 4

    Eggs

  • 1

    pkg (3.4 oz) Instant Lemon Pudding Mix

  • ½

    cup Oil

  • ½

    cup Chopped Pecans, Toasted

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine poppy seeds and water. Add cake and pudding mixes, eggs and oil. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans. Pour into 2 greased 8x4 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely.
