Ingredients
- 2 slices Bacon
- 3 cans (16 Oz. Can) Red Beans
- 1/2 cups Diced Onion
- 1/2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 leaf Bay Leaf
- 1 package (about 16 Oz. Package) Smoked Sausage
- Rice

Slice bacon into 1-inch strips. Put all of the ingredients except the sausage and rice in a slow cooker. Cook for 6–8 hours. The last hour, slice the sausage and put it in the slow cooker.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
