    (18 ounce) brownie mix

  • ingredients on brownie box

    (10 ounce) bag large marshmallows

  • 8

    sheets graham crackers

  • ½

    cup hot fudge


Preheat oven to 350(F) degrees. Mix brownie, water, oil and eggs as directed on back of package. Pour batter into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 22 minutes at 350 degrees. While brownies are baking, place 4 sheets of graham crackers into a gallon-size freezer bag. Smash with a rolling pin or large can until you have large crumbs. Set aside. Take the 4 remaining graham sheets and separate them on the perforated lines. It's okay if they are not straight and perfect, jagged pieces are fine. Set aside.When brownies are done baking, layer the marshmallows on top of them immediately. Don't wait for them to cool. Turn your oven to BROIL and return brownies to oven. Broil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until marshmallows are toasted and brown. Be careful not to let them burn. Remove from oven. Heat hot fudge sauce according to directions on jar or bottle. Drizzle on top of the marshmallows. Now sprinkle the graham crumbs over the top. Finally, take the jagged grahams and insert them into the S'mores Bake. That's it! Now, it's ready to serve and eat.
