  • 1 cup cauliflower, broken into large florets
  • 1 tbsp. EVOO
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice, plus grated rind if desired
  • Malden salt and red pepper flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced thinly
  • 1 sprig rosemary, chopped
  • 3 - 4 tbsp. panko/parmesan blend, if desired

Step 1

* Combine everything except bread crumbs in a bowl and mix well. Place in fridge in a zip-lock back if making ahead. Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet, placing cauliflower cut side down, and roast in the small oven on the bottom shelf for 30 minutes at 425 degrees, turning once, if necessary. Sprinkle with panko/parmesan blend for last 8 minutes, if desired
