Ingredients
- 1/2 C. cornmeal
- 1 t. B.P.
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 (15 oz) cans cream style sweet corn
- 2 (4.5 oz) cans chopped green chiles
- 6 oz (1 1/2 C) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 egg whites
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
In Medium bowl, combine all ingds. except paprika; mix well. Pour into 13X9 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 425* for 23 to 33 mins. or until center springs back when touched lightly.
