Ingredients

  • 12 slices whole wheat bread
  • 6 oz shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 C.*Drier's* ham cubed
  • 4 oz. N.Y. cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 1/2 C. milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 t *Drier's* mustard
  • 1/2 t. onion salt
  • 1 C. cornflakes, coarsely crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 13x9 glass baking dish. Remove crusts from bread. Place 6 slices in botton of prepared dish. Layer half each of Swiss cheese, Ham and cheddar cheese; repeat layers starting with remaining bread slices.
In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, mustard and onion salt; beat well. Pour over ham and bread mixture. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight.
Heat oven to 375 Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. Bake for 45 to 50 min. or until firm and set. Let stand 10 min. before serving
