Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 Lemon Supreme Pound Cake Mix
• 1 Small inst. vanilla pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 Cup Oil
• 1 10 oz. 7-up.
• Icing:
• 1 #2 Can crushed pineapple undrained
• 3 eggs beaten
• 1 1/4 stick butter
• 3 tbsp. self-rising flour
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 6 oz. package coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into 3 prepared 9 inch pan.

Bake 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees.

Icing:
Mix all icing ingredients except coconut over low heat until thickened. Add coconut. Let cool. Ice Cake. Refrigerate.
