Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups prepared salsa
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained
- 1 cup canned whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 20 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat grill to medium high heat (350-400 degrees). Spray grill with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, salsa, cheese, beans and corn
3. Brush melted butter over one side of each tortilla. Spread chicken mixture over unbuttered side of 10 tortillas. Top each with remaining tortillas, buttered side up
4. Grill Quesadillas for 3-4 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and tortillas are browned. Cut into wedges to serve
