- 1 Egg
- 3 Tablespoons (26g) Oat Bran
- 2 Tablespoons (33g) Fromage frais
- Curry powder/herbs/spices to taste

Mix all ingredients together.
Put in a lightly oiled fry pan, let it brown, flip and brown other side and done.
