Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1/4 lb butter or margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can chocolate syrup
- 1 c plus 1 T flour
- 1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 6 T margarine
- 6 T milk
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c chocolate chips

Step 1
Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. Add other ingredients and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Prepare frosting by bringing margarine, milk, and sugar to a boil for approximately 30 seconds; add ½ c chocolate chips. Beat well. Spread on brownies while still hot.
