Ingredients

  • 8 large tomatoes
  • 6 green peppers- chopped
  • 6 banana peppers- chopped
  • 4 cups onion- chopped
  • 3 gloves garlic- chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 6 jalapeno peppers- chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 12 oz. tomato paste

Preparation

Step 1

Cut all veggies and put salt in.
Let sit overnight.
Drain veggies in a colander
Mix vinegar, then sugar.
Add tomato sauce and tomato paste
Bring to a boil and add veggies, bring to a boil again.
Jar when ready.
